1.  We tend to cling to what we have
it never seems to be enough
the more we grasp, the more we find
it's simply not enough.
But when we learn to let it go,
to give it all, though it be small,
then in God's hands, and by God's grace
we find we have more than enough.

2.  We see the needy and the poor,
the hopeless and the hungry hordes,
we wish that we could help them more,
we just don't have enough.
But when we give all anyway,
our time, our hands, our ears, our love,
then in God's hands, and by God's grace
we can become more than enough.

3.  And what of those who've lost it all,
who have no hope, no joy, no life?
What gift that we could offer such,
could ever be enough?
Yet somehow when we share our hope,
our time, our hands, our ears, our love,
we find God's grace more than enough
to conquer death and bring new life.
