1. Our God is love, His anger slow,
Compass'n and grace are His.
Repentant hearts may surely know:
We're guiltless in His eyes.

2. What we deserved we did not get:
He took our sins and lies,
cast them as far as East from West.
We're guiltless in His eyes.

3. Now we can judge no one at all,
we who deserved to die!
Each one that heeds the Master's call
is guiltless in His eyes.

4. Then let us learn the sacred art,
instructed us by Christ,
forgiving we forgiven are,
